Inspection and payment

We check that everything matches what you declared. If something is off we send a revised quote: you decide. Then store credit right away, or bank transfer or PayPal within 1-2 days.

Quotes apply to original, complete and working items: test and check every item yourself before shipping. If something is missing or not working on arrival, we apply these deductions. If the total changes by more than 10% we write to you before paying: you accept, or we send the items back.

Percentages are taken off the item quote, fixed amounts are deducted in full. Example: a game quoted at €30 without its manual is worth €24. Test every item before shipping: anything that arrives not working is zeroed, not repaired.

If in doubt, write to us before shipping: we tell you right away whether the item qualifies. Items not accepted are worth €0 and go back at your expense, or we dispose of them.

Trade-in questions

What can I sell?

Original games, consoles, controllers and accessories for every platform, from retro classics to recent releases, plus iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. If an item is not in the buy list, add it with a manual quote and we price it within 24 hours.

How is the value calculated?

We start from the real prices these items sell for today and refresh the buy list every week. Every item has a cash quote and a store credit quote: credit is worth 25% more and is the best deal if you buy from us.

Is shipping free?

Yes, above €15 of credit. Within 24 hours of your request you receive the prepaid label or the shipping instructions by email: print, pack and drop off with the courier. For now we buy from Italy only.

How long is the quote valid?

10 days from the request. Hand the parcel to the courier within that window and the price stays locked, even if the buy list changes in the meantime.

Do I need to test everything before shipping?

Yes. Test every game and console before shipping and declare only working items: the quote applies to items that work. Anything that arrives broken or not reading is zeroed according to the deductions table, with no repair on our side.

Do you accept imports or non-Italian games?

We buy European PAL games, preferably Italian versions. US and Japanese imports, reproductions and copies are not accepted.

What happens at inspection?

We check every item against what you declared. If something does not match we apply the published deductions; if the total changes by more than 10% we send a revised quote: you can accept it or have the items sent back.

When do I get paid?

With store credit right after inspection. With bank transfer or PayPal within 1-2 working days of inspection.

How do I pack the parcel?

Sturdy box, every item wrapped in bubble wrap or paper, no empty space. Stick the label where it is clearly visible and keep the courier's drop-off receipt: it is your proof of shipment.

Why do you ask for an ID document?

It is a legal requirement for anyone buying used goods from private individuals in Italy (art. 128 TULPS): we record only the document details, no copy or photo, and use them for this purpose only.
