Shipping policy

This policy applies to orders on gaminggoldmine.com sold by GM Commerce Group SRL (GamingGoldmine). We ship your order as soon as possible after purchase, always with tracking.

Where we ship and what it costs

• Italy: free standard delivery on all orders. Express delivery €5.99.
• European Union (all the other 26 EU countries): tracked standard delivery €14.99.
• Outside the European Union: tracked standard delivery €29.99, only to these 14 countries: Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.

We do not currently ship to other countries.

Delivery times

• In Italy, delivery takes 1-3 working days from dispatch.
• Abroad, delivery times vary by destination country.

Couriers and tracking

We ship with Poste Italiane and BRT. When your order leaves we send you an email with the tracking number. You can also follow the parcel on the Track your order page.

Damaged parcel

If the parcel arrives damaged or the item is damaged, write to us straight away at info@gaminggoldmine.com with your order number and photos of the parcel and the item.

Returns

On every order you have 30 days from delivery to return it. Costs, conditions and refund times are in our returns and refund policy.
